Elnathan Taber Banjo Clock, Roxbury, Massachusetts, circa, 1825, patent time piece attributed to Elnathan Taber, 8-day brass movement with lead weight and a finger latch click mounted with diagonal thru bolts, mahogany case with one-piece pine backboard, half-round frames and reverse painted tablets, original gilt wood finial, case stamped "25," unsigned iron dial may have been repainted, case finish rubbed down with several replaced glue blocks, tablets are older repaints (lower with lifting paint on the interior), running, 34 x 10 x 4 inches.
