EARLY BRASS CAVALRY BUGLE. This is a very finely crafted bugle. It was probably issuedto a cavalry member or officer in a branch of the U.S. Military. This piece is unsigned by the maker, as were most "issued" bugles of the time, the long valve coils 3 times between the mouthpiece and the horn with some applied mounts at the base. In overall good condition,tarnished finish, with some misshaping to the horn. 12"W x 6"H x 4.5"D. Estimated Value $300 - 500.
