PAIR OF FIGURAL BRONZE OIL TORCHIERES. One shows a robed woman and the other shows a nude man with a leaf covering his mid section and a robe in his left hand, these figures are shown at the base of the fluted shafts. Both lamps feature a double font oil lamp on top molded with leaves and filigree. They are mounted with a nude figure of Zeus holding a robe. The oil lamps are freestanding in an inverted bell shaped platform, which is also molded with filigree. The base of these lamps features a decorated platform, on which the figures stand. 3 figural lions head legs and claw feet. These pieces are complete with no losses or notable flaws, both showing a clean original brown patina. 7"W x 71"H.
