Tiffany Green Damascene Double Student Lamp. Pr. of excellent 10 in. dia. damascene shades having a lobed form in deep green glass with an opaque interior, has a silver iridescent exterior surface with a beautiful wavy design wrapping around the circumference of the shade; one shade signed “L.C.T.”, no breaks or hairlines in the rim or body of the shades. On a bronze double student lamp base signed “Tiffany Studios, New York, 316”, has a beaded foot edge with artichoke design on the edge of the platform, ribbed top surface and fancy engraved riser; base has a long thin stem which coils at the top holding a wrought bronze ring, the spherical center cluster has 2 arms branching out with adjustable angle ratchet mechanisms pointing the shades a various angles; at the ends of the side arms the shades hang from domical 5 in. dia. reticulated bronze heat cap fitters having a beaded lower edge. Base is in very good condition with an excellent medium brown patina. Small fitter chip on top rim of 1 shade. 27 in. high x 23.5 in. wide. Weight: 17 lbs.
