ANSONIA "COMBATANTS" FIGURAL MANTLE CLOCK./ The silvered Japanese bronze case features large warriors on either side of the clock tower. The tower is decoratively molded w/ birds, maidens heads, and a large floral draped urn finial. The base of the clock is silvered and ebonized w/ figures in relief and assorted weaponry. The movement, signed Ansonia has an hour and half hour strike. It has a porcelain dial with a Brocot exposed escapement with steel pallets. Overall very good condition. The urn finial is cracked but still attached and missing bottom section of one handle. 19"W x 21"H x 7"D.
