Ansonia Figural Mantle Clock. Large figural standing group No. 1089 with 2 playful putti standing with a basket of fruit, on a fluted column plinth base with hanging garland titled “Florida”, original silver finish in very good condition. 5 in. silver inset metal dial with exposed Brocot escapement, applied porcelain hour tags with blue Roman hour numerals, gilt hands and beveled bezel glass; round brass spring driven movement signed “Ansonia Clock Co., New York” has a half hour strike on a coiled gong and is in running condition. 29 in. high x 12 in. wide x 9 in. deep.
