ANSONIA FIGURAL HUNTER CLOCK./ Massive figural boar hunter mantle clock, circa 1894. It has an 8 day time and strike brass movement with a brocot exposed escapement with steel pallets. This originally had garnet pallets. The enameled dial is 4 ½ inches with the Ansonia insignia and is signed Ansonia Clock Company, New York. The case is in very good condition with finish wear. It is large and impressive, all trimmings appear to be present. 23"W x 16"H x 8"D.
