Connecticut Arms & Manufacturing Co. S.S. Derringer. 4" octagon barrel is chambered for the 44 caliber rimfire cartridge and has a great bore. The top of the barrel is marked "Connecticut Arms & Manf. Co. Naubuc Conn" in one line. The frame is marked "Patented Oct 25 1864". This gun is in almost new condition. 96% case colors on the frame and 95% blue on the barrel with some minor freckling. The wood grips are excellent. It would be very hard to improve on this one.
