DECORATIVE EUROPEAN BLACK LEATHER PRESENTATION BELT. With embroidered red, gold and purple facing. Has four gilded plates which read Justitia Universalis on top over a central crown with a crossed staff and sword piercing two links of a 3 link chain. Bottom is marked Pax Au Bellum. Two of these plates are linked by a short chain of 1/2" barrels with eyes on both ends. Belt has same raised crown design with letter P on left and BA on right. An interesting piece. Estimated Value $300 - 500.
