ELMER O. STENNES TALL CLOCK W/ ROCKING SHIP./ Elmer O. Stennes, Weymouth Mass. grandfather clock in heavily inlaid Roxbury style case. Brass time and strike weight driven movement with a rocking ship. The case has fan inlay, fluted quarter columns, lower column panel inlay, and has much string inlay on lower base. The bonnet has inlay in all three plinths. The top of the hood has a pierced fret. The fluted columns on the hood also have matching as does the door. The clock has brass finials and is being sold exactly as we found it in the collectors home with all the dust that was found on it, surely in an untouched state. The clock also has a sales slip dated May 17, 1969. Missing brass suspension rod connection. 19"W x 87"H x 11"D.
