GORHAM STERLING SILVER 7 PINT BREWERS CUP - TROPHY. Large footed 3 handled cup, monogrammed on 3 sides. Side one "Rainier Cup, presented by Seattle Brewing and Malting Co." - side 2 "Waldo J. June 11, 1901 A.A. Young" with a chariot race. The 3rd side "Won by - Violin - June 11th, 1900 B M aged by Alex Button-Viola - owned by Prince David Kawananakoa". Prince David Kawananakoa was the son of Princess Victoria Kinoike Kekaukike (Governess of Hawaii). History on Prince Kawananakoa is available. The bottom is hallmarked with Gorham marks and also reads sterling - A828 - 7 pints. This piece is in very good clean condition. 9"W x 8.5"H. Estimated Value $2,500 - 3,500.
