HOWARD & DAVIS #4 WT. DRIVEN BANJO CLOCK./ Howard & Davis weight driven banjo clock #4. The signed Howard & Davis dial is original and has minor imperfections, nicks, chips and paint loss. The hands are typical moon style. The movement is signed Howard & Davis, Boston. The case has good rosewood graining, the throat glass and lower door glass show some minor flaking, chipping etc. The tie down nut is missing, the lower weight wood pan has been replaced and is painted black. There does appear to be one replaced piece of rosewood on the top right hand return, approx. 2"x 2", otherwise the case is in very good condition. A very strong, nice looking Howard & Davis #4 banjo clock. 13.5"W x 32"H x 4"D.
