walnut with carved crest, 8-day time-only sweeps seconds weight-driven movement with detached perpetual calendar mechanism, lower dial marked "ICCC, Manufactured by the Ithaca Calendar Clock Co., Ithaca, N.Y.", movement signed "Leonard Bisby, Aurora MO"

Not much is known about Leonard Bisby, he seems to have produced at least several movements. It is not known if he made the case or the movement. It is believed he was a retired engineer.

  • Condition: Excellent overall condition, small crack in the lower portion of the dial mask, clock runs however the hands will not move (15-minute test).

    The absence of a condition report does not imply there are no condition issues with the lot. Please inquire for a detailed condition report.
