Large approx. 53.5 mm overall triple signed Humbert-Ramuz & Co. pin set stem wind Medical Chronometer with dial marked " gradue pour 30 pulsations" showing small hairlines and one chip between 5 and 6 o'clock. Movement sets and runs but chronograph function is gummy needing service. Engine turned case has minor imperfections with denting on the thin inner dust cover that is marked " Humbert-Ramuz & Co Chaux-De-Fonds Chronographe Medical Medaille D'Or Exp. Univ. Paris. 1889" with both dust covers marked 18K.
