2 CANDELABRAS This is a fabulous three piece Meissen porcelain clock set. This set is comprised of two candelabrums, each with five candle holders, floral leaves, in relief, below each candle holder and placed above undulating and curved arms, as well as, a centerpiece clock setting on a fine Meissen stand. The candelabrums and the clock are very ornately decorated with an abundance of flowers in freehand relief. Each candelabrum is ornamented with a human figure. One, of a standing female with a fancy hat and dressed in a stately fashion and the other, of a soldier standing, in all of his splendor, one hand on his hip, the other hand holding a gold rod. Each candelabrum figure is in relief and standing on the impressively decorated base of the candelabrums. The fabulous centerpiece clock is embellished with exquisite decorations of flowers in relief and a hand painted scene at its base. This clock is beautifully decorated with the shield of Saxony, the great Imperial Eagle of Saxony and five human figures comprised of three females in various adornments, a standing soldier in all of his refinery and also a beautiful lady standing high on an orb above the clock. This clock set is marked in underglaze blue with the crossed swords, form the Electoral Arms of Saxony at Meissen.
