The clock has a signed New Haven time and strike spring driven movement and the clock strikes on the Anvil. The upper dial at one time was originally designed to be a lower dial, there are cut outs in it underneath the black dial that can be seen from turning the dial over. The clock has gold colored gilt brass hands in the Maltese style. 27"W x 15"H x 5"D.
