Oak case with turned corner columns, inset panels on the sides, "The Disc Graphophone" banner logo on the right side and decal on the rear reads "The Graphophone and Columbia Records, Grand Prize at the Paris Exposition of 1900". Horn has a rare style support arm with "Columbia" and filigree in relief, and long pierced tone arm with "Columbia" and filigree; 10 in. spring driven turn table and black painted conical horn with brass trumpeted bell. Stamped on the base plate with model AH and serial number 3502. Overall dimensions 21 in. high x 13 in. wide x 28 in. deep
