Oak case with “The Graphophone” banner on the front & “Grand Prize at the Paris Exposition of 1900” on the rear, domical lid with turned handle; nickel plated bed plate, black painted chassis with floral stenciling and signed “Graphophone”, spring driven mechanism, floating reproducer with lyre shaped frame, signed on a metal tag “The American Graphophone Company, New York” with model number “AZ” and serial number “317351”, case has a varnish overcoated finsh. With an 11 point morning glory horn in red with white roses and leaves, signed with “T.T. Co.” decal and has a base mounted crane. Horn measures 29.5 in. high x 22 in. dia. Case measures 13.5 in. high x 12.5 in. wide x 8.25 in. deep. Weight: 29 lbs.
