Rare Welch & Atkins 30 Day Regulator. Large 18 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, sub seconds dial, pierced maltese hands with counter balance on minute hand; rare Atkins brass 30 day double weight driven time only upside down movement with brass covered side weights, brass covered pendulum bob with gilt wood stick and beat indicator signed "E.N. Welch MFG Co., Forestville, CT, USA". Welch No. 2 regulator case with very dark and worn finish, case is missing its lower bracket, missing lock mechanism on bezel door; seconds hand is repaired, dial is repainted, case is missing rosewood veneer around bezel, has an all over dark overcoated finish. Measures: 53.5 in. high x 23 in. wide x 6 in. deep.
