Seth Thomas No. 6 Regulator. 10 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, blued spade hands, sub seconds dial and signed Seth Thomas; weight driven gilt brass movement has Graham deadbeat escapement, retaining power, brass covered pendulum bob with ebonized wood stick. In a long oak case with arched crest having a centered rosette and turned finials, teardrop finials at the bottom of the case. Door glass has reverse gilt & black lettering that reads - Awarded to M.C.C. for Second Best Appearance, Medford, July 4, 1894. Case has original finish, dial board has a crack in the side. 48 in. high x 17 in. wide x 8 in. deep.
