Standing Figural Justice Cigar Lighter for the World's Fair - Columbian Exposition of 1893. The standing spelter figure of Justice is modeled after Ada Rehan, Copyright 1895, F.B. Higbe Mfr. Chicago. The figure stands on top of a globe with the Americas facing forward and resting on the back of an eagle, she holds a balance scale in one hand and a sword in the other. Has a gas burner in the top of her head for lighting cigars. Beautiful polychrome decoration with silver eagle & garments, tan body, blue globe and gilt base; no breaks or repairs to the figure, finish is worn and original. 18 in. high.
