Ansonia Figural Mystery Ball Swinger Clock. French cast spelter standing figure of woman with string of fish in her left hand, titled “Fisher”, she holds a post in her right hand from which the pendulum swings on an X suspension; has a dark brown finish, on a black enamel iron plinth base, in good overall condition, rope is missing between the figure and fish, pendulum post is replaced. 21 in. gridiron pendulum has a 4.5 in. ball top and spherical bob, the dial has applied brass hour numbers with gilt filigree pierced hands; brass 8 day spring driven time only movement contained behind the dial which powers the mystery swinging pendulum, unsigned. Movement is in running condition though the suspension spring needs to be repaired, pendulum has a light brown original finish, has typical minor scratches to the surface. 24 in. high. Weight: 9.25 lbs.
