Welch Double Dial Calendar Mantle Clock – Italian No. 3. Has an original 6.5 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals and days of the week painted inside, pierced spade hands and hinged wood door bezel; pierced brass spring driven movement signed “E.N. Welch Mfg. Co”, has an hour count wheel strike mechanism on a coiled gong, brass covered pendulum bob. 6.5 in. lower calendar dial has 31 day chapter ring and 12 months inside, has pointer and open spade hands, B.B. Lewis patented perpetual calendar mechanism in good working condition. In a rosewood case with arched top and gilt turned columns, titled “Italian No. 3” and is in excellent condition with a good original finish; both calendar & time mechanisms are in working condition. 20 in. high x 12 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep. Weight: 7.75 lbs.
